Quinnipiac University Law

Quinnipiac Law International Applicants

At Quinnipiac, we welcome students from all over the world, and we are excited that you’re considering us as the home for your American academic and cultural experience. While the admissions process may seem overwhelming, we are committed to making your transition to life at an American university as easy and straightforward as possible.

Requirements

In addition to admission requirements for first-year applicants, international students will also need to acquire a student visa.

Certification of Finances

Once you have been accepted, you'll need to submit a bank letter to expedite the issuance of the Form I-20 for your student visa. The Form I-20 is issued by Quinnipiac and required by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for you to acquire your student visa (F-1). The Form I-20 is issued to admitted students after they have demonstrated sufficient funding by submitting the Certification of Finances Form and a supporting bank letter. The Certification of Finances form will be used to enter your information into the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) SEVIS system. It is acceptable to scan and email all forms.
